Daniel Ross

Historian of the city, politics, and society

Here and Now

Active historians spend a lot of time discussing the best ways to get their research out to a larger audience. So it’s always a pleasure when the public and media express an interest in our work. On June 20th I biked down to the iconic CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) building in downtown Toronto for an interview on the popular afternoon show Here and Now, with Gill Deacon. It was a lot of fun–and a great chance to promote the public events I’ve helped organize this weekend as part of the Urban Transformations project. Thanks Gill and team !

You can listen to the interview here.
